It involves placing a disposable mouth tray in your mouth and sitting back under the LED light. This tray contains 44% or 35 % (if you have sensitive teeth) of carbamide peroxide solution. The solution is activated by the light, causing oxigenization and speeding up the bleaching process.
The starting color of your teeth and your lifestyle, will determine how many shades whiter your teeth will get. The average is between 4-6 shades.
Touch-up teeth whitening pens are available for purchase. These pens are good for 25-30 applications. They are compact and convenient to carry.
